  • Gravesite maintenance and beautification

All services are offered with care, compassion, and attention to detail. Specific offerings may vary by location, season, or cemetery regulations.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • We accept credit card, PayPal.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a partial refund or credit.

  • No refunds are issued for services already completed.

4. Scheduling & Weather Policy

Scheduled services are subject to change due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Cemetery closures or restricted access

  • Emergency situations or unforeseen delays

If delays occur, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

5. Access & Permissions

By booking with us, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to authorize service at the specified gravesite.

  • You understand and accept that our access may be limited by cemetery rules or hours.

  • You will inform us of any known restrictions or guidelines prior to service.

6. Photos & Documentation

We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and, with your permission, for promotional use. Identifying information will be treated with care and respect. You may request that no images be used publicly.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We take every precaution to provide careful, respectful service. However, Lasting Reverence Grave Care Services, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to stones or monuments

  • Damage caused by weather, animals, or natural erosion

  • Vandalism or third-party interference

  • Cemetery maintenance or policies outside our control
